Can this sauce be used to make caramel buttercream ?
Sounds delicious, can’t wait to try it
awesome sauce!
How long can this caramel sauce be stored and how/where should it be stored?
Hey Callie, This caramel can last up to 3 weeks, stored in the fridge, in an air-tight container. The caramel will harden and so will need to be reheated before use. I like to keep my caramel in a mason jar (glass jar) and then use that to easily heat it in the microwave in 15-30s increments before I want to use it. Hope thats helpful! – Sofia
