- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs (large)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Create a well in the centre of the dry mixture. Add Milk, Greek yogurt, eggs, oil, and vanilla to the well.
Slowly incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry, mixing batter just until combined. Let it sit for ~5 minutes.
Turn on waffle maker.
Open hot waffle maker and add 1/4 cup (~2 tbsp) of batter to your waffle maker. Close the lid and cook for ~5 minutes.
Remove from waffle maker and let cool slightly. Finish with a drizzle of maple syrup and piece of butter, as desired.
