Preheat oven to 400F (375F convection oven). Lightly oil an 8"x8" square baking pan.
Cut your pears into halves. Remove seeds and inner stem.
Place pears, cut side up, into baking pan.
In a small bowl, mix together crushed walnuts, rolled oats, cinnamon, honey, salt, and butter.
Place approx. 1-2 tbsp of walnut mixture into the centre of each pear half. Continue adding mixture to each pear half until everything has used up.
Bake pears for approx. 35 minutes, or until pears have softened and are slightly shrank. Let pears cool for at least 5 minutes, then transfer to your bowl/plate.
Drizzle with additional honey and serve with yogurt or ice cream.
