{Simple & Delicious} Coffee Whipped Cream

Warm. Creamy. Indulgent! This 4 ingredient Coffee Whipped Cream is the ultimate topping for your favourite cakes, pies, holiday drinks, and decadent ice cream desserts!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (235ml) Heavy Cream (35% m.f.)
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar *or to your taste!
  • 1 tsp Instant Espresso Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream with brown sugar, espresso powder, and vanilla extract. Let mixture sit for 1-2 minutes, for sugar to dissolve.
  • Whip to a light, airy, whipped cream texture. Set aside.
  • Decorate generously on top of your favourite dessert/drink!

Sofia’s Tips:
  • Once your whipped cream can hold its shape, stop whipping! Whipping past this point can cause the whipped cream to split! (It really is butter in the making!) 
  • This Coffee Whipped Cream is best used right away!
  • It can also be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days (with minimal loss of texture)!
