Before You Bake: FAQ

Can I use convection bake?
Absolutely. For convection ovens/baking, it is recommended to lower the listed temperature by 25°F. For this recipe, bake at 325°F for an even bake.

How do I know my Christmas Blondies are done?
The top should be set and the edges lightly golden-brown.

Can I skip the sprinkles?
Of course! They’re a fun, optional, take on my traditional blondies but are by no means necessary.

Why cool before cutting?
A short rest helps the blondies set and slice cleanly.
